Body image in yoga: We have a responsibility

Clare Nicholls has taught and practiced yoga for most of her adult life. She doesn't fit the mold of skinny white yoga teachers and believes that the way yoga is presented is deeply problematic.

Yoga für mehr Körper

Aufgrund ihrer eigenen Körperform und Erfahrung lancierte Sandra vor einigen Jahren das Format "Yoga für mehr Körper." Der Erfolg blieb aus. Niemand wollte sich als hochgewichtige Person im Yoga outen.
